Its primary effect is detoxification of the body.
This year, the infrared sauna has become very popular. It is intended for people who want to boost their immune system, as well as for those with issues related to the spine, bones, kidneys, or muscles.
Its primary effect is detoxification of the body.
It differs from the Finnish sauna in that only 20% of the heat is used to warm the air, while the remaining percentage is directly converted into body heat.
The infrared energy of an infrared sauna promotes the excretion of at least twice the amount of sweat compared to a Finnish sauna, and at a significantly lower temperature—around 50°C—whereas achieving the same effect in a Finnish sauna requires temperatures of 80–100°C.
The air you breathe is much more comfortable; moreover, the cabin temperature can be regulated by introducing fresh air. This allows people who have difficulty tolerating thermal stress to use the sauna with the door open, relaxing, reading a newspaper, or listening to music.
Infrared saunas also play an important role in controlling body weight and strengthening the heart muscles. This is especially significant for people with limited physical activity who still want to maintain good fitness.
Additionally, infrared saunas help preserve natural beauty by ensuring proper blood supply to the skin. They provide effective treatment for acne, eczema, psoriasis, burns, and other skin injuries. They also combat cellulite, which consists of subcutaneous accumulation of water, fat, and toxins. Through sweating, these substances are expelled from the body, leaving the skin smooth and firm.
